Virginia Beach Timeshare in July?
Hi!
Do any of you know of a REPUTABLE company that is willing to buy my timeshare or help me sell it? They are super hard to get "rid of", but I am offering a great deal. I've dealt with companies willing to help for a "hefty" fee. I'm not interested in such business ventures. Have any of you dealt with a good company or know someone who has? Please let me know. In the Va Beach area Realtors list time shares in the MLS. You wouldnt be required to pay anything unless it sells. The going commission rate is 10% (5% to each agent). Email me if you want some names and numbers of Agents who do these listings. Probably a better bet than going through a company who will pay you a fraction of what you could get for it on the open market.
