Land Property
Have you noticed the growing amount of land and property grabbing in your area?

Council (people funded) homes apparently no longer own houses and land but UNKNOWN "Groups" do, in that they have pointless names but like to known as "Housing associations".
Who are they in association with?

So apart from exclusively rich Arabs who I know have been buying up whole Estates

WHO else is buying up all of OUR land we were all forced to pay government to maintain and manage?
To the ForeclosureFish those bailouts are damn convenient aren't they?

Rich princes from Arab states have always bought up large estates in the United States, pouring some of their oil revenues into Civil War era plantations or funding banks or subdivisions, etc. So you're right about that.

But since the collapse of the housing bubble, more people have been losing their homes and the same groups and companies and executives that created the bubble are now profiting from the high foreclosure rates, as well.

In fact, some executives from the Wall Street investment firms have left those firms (or been let go after they went bankrupt our were bought out) and have opened vulture companies buying up defaulted debt and abandoned housing projects.

So look to the people who had a lot of money in the past few years to find out who is buying up the land and property of the nation. They might not own it in their names, but it's sure not the unemployed people down the street buying up estates or unfinished condos.

They won't own the land in their own names -- it'll be one big shell game. DHI Industries will be owned by Rainbow Land Company, Ltd, which will be a subsidiary of MIDH Homes, Inc., and so on, all the way up through foreign corporations to the top.

But they'll just buy up these properties for cheap, hold onto them until the market recovers or they qualify for government bailout money, and sell out later on. Either way, we will pay for the upkeep and maintenance until then.

Hope that helps.
